Just give us a call or click us an email to make an appointment for an on-site inspection, and to discuss the required information. We will schedule the inspection at a mutually convenient time. Within a week of our meeting and inspection, if all of the necessary information has been furnished, Arizona Lodging Properties will provide you with a complete market evaluation.
This analysis of current market value will include area comparable sales, average gross multipliers, per unit values, and capitalization rates. A low to high price range will be quoted, along with available new loans and terms, including interest rates (fixed or variable), amortization term, balloon date, points, fees and approximate monthly payments for a potential buyer.
There is no obligation or fee for this service. Our intention is to give you a thorough and professional evaluation, and to assist you in selling your lodging property at the highest possible price.
